At Farthest North Girl Scout Council, we strive to offer adult training progression that matches the girl progression experience. Our trainings are designed to give you all you need to help your girls start and continue their Girl Scout journey while making memories that will last a lifetime.

We currently offer the following courses:
Basic Leadership Training
All adult volunteers who are new to Girl Scouts. (1 hour)
- Prerequisite—Must have completed a volunteer application, background check, and New Leader Orientation.
- Learn about the spirit of the Girl Scout movement, the framework of the program.
- Hear about important Girl Scout history and traditions.
- Find out more about our council and the programs we offer.
Daisy Age Level
For adults working with girls K-grade 1. (1 hour)

Brownie Age Level
For adults working with girls in grades 2-3. (1 hour)

Junior Age Level
For adults working with girls in grades 4-5. (1 hour)

Cadette/Senior/Amabassador Age Level
For adults working with girls in grades 6-12. (1 hour)

Basic Outdoor Skills
A requirement for volunteers who want to take their troops camping (6 hours)
